We offer a 30-day, money back guarantee on most of our items. Should you want to return or exchange your order, simply get in touch with us within 30-days of ordering and we’ll begin the return process. A list of items that are exempt can be found at the bottom of this page.
Please, do not send us anything without first contacting us! It’s very difficult on our customer care team when we get packages that we’re not expecting. They usually have no name, order number, or reason for return.
We’re not mind readers, unfortunately, so please get in touch with us first!
Make sure that when you send us a return you include everything that was sent to you, including packaging and accessories. They also need to be in original condition. Once your return is received, we’ll issue a full credit on your card. If it’s an exchange, we’ll ship out the replacement product.
Items That Aren’t Refundable:
Some of our items aren’t refundable. The reason is unfortunate – we’ve had customers out there who buy from us to quickly to get the answers they want, and then return the items to get a refund. The product, it solved their problem, and now they don’t want it anymore.
It’s an underhanded tactic that’s difficult to fight, and we can’t stay in business by being a rental company. Because of this, we aren’t able to offer refunds on the following products:
